Well, i have a best friend.She was in the same primary school as me.But too bad, we aren't in the same secondary school.Yep, She is of the same race as me.Actually, the race don't really matters.It matters whether if you can communicate with each other despite of the different races you are in. (:

Character

I think that character is the most important one.If you have a bad character, would anyone want to make friends with you?You must have a good character to get along with your friends. Right?Thus, i think that Character is the most important one.

Circumstances

I think this is the second most important one.Example, if your best friend is in the different school as you,will you still be able to communicate so often like you were in ur primary school?Unless you can everyday 24hour talk on the phone which is impossible. -.-"'If the friend u are close with is in the same school as you, it'll be easier to communicate.If it's in the same class, it will be great!because you can see him/her during school hour and can share your views whenever you want to.So, circumstances will come in second for me.

Age

Age would be quite important too.If you and your friend's age gap is very big, you sure won't get along with each other well.This is because they'll have the different thinking as you and different views as you.so having a friend that is around ur age will be better as you will most probably have the same thinkings and views.And you can talk about it too.

Gender

Gender don't really matters. Males and Females = Humans.You won't die seating or talking to ur opposite gender.So long we can get along well it'll be okay.

Race

Race is certainly not a big problem.They are all human beings! Moreover, Singapore have 4 different races.If we all do not like some particular race,i think Singapore will fall.

Part Three

Racial Harmony of course had served its purpose!It tells us to stay in harmony regardless of our race and religions.Therefore, we must not be racist!! :DD
