Lending money to your friend can be a tough decision though. If u agree to a friend to lend him/her money, he/she will be back again to borrow money from you again. This could be quite a hassle. If u refuse to lend your friend the money, you may lose that friend of yours.
I feel that lending money to your friends should not be a problem. Since we are friends, friends should help one another when in needs. Don't you think so? That is what friends are for. As the saying goes,'a friend in need is a friend indeed'.
If you do not lend your friend the money, what more do you expect from him? He/ she will feel that you don't treat him/her as your friend. Why should he treat you as one when you don't treat him as one?
If you do him this small favour of lending him money, he may repay you with something extraordinary! You never know. If lending your friend money could help him turn over a new leave os something, why don't you just lend him the money? He needs it more badly then you do.
Your friend may take it for granted if you lend him money. If he comes back again asking for money before he pays his previous loans, don't lend it to him. He is just using you. Don't be duped by him! HE is not a friend of yours as he claimed to be.
Good friends are hard to find, so treasure your friends.
