Journal Writing 1 - beNediCt kOh=)

Well I think that lending a friend has its advantages and disadvantages. It cracks my brain when my friend came to borrow things from me. Sometimes if you do not lend the things he need, he/she will think that u deliberately do not lend it to him/her. I say that it is a crack at the brain because sometimes lending to a friend somethings like money, it is hard to say.

If you trust the person, u might lend the money to him/her. But before lending, you must consider some factors like will he return the money? Will he take it and do some bad things? And most of all, do I trust him? Lending money is hard unless he/she is really in need of money and he/she is trustable.

Another factor is that we must first consult our parents. They are adults they know more about what the society is turning to. The money is theirs they gave us pocket money every single day. If you know that the person is not going to return you the money as fast as he/she could then we must think twice before lending it. If you are in need of money and u want to remain this friendship with the person then u must consult your parents. But mostly if you are to consult your parents, they will say stff like "You yourself also not enough money to spend and u wanna lend to ur friend.".

But if I do not lend it to him/her, and i know he/she is going to get trouble, i will try my best to lend it to him/her as many as I can.

That case was for money but if my friends wanted me to lend him/her my work to copy to get out of trouble from teachers, I will surely not give it to him. When we are lending something to a friend, we must see if it is to do good for him/her. Knowing that if I let him copy, he/she will not learn anything, then I will find an excuse to push him/her away not letting him/her copy. We must let him/her know that copying will not learn anything. If he/her promise to do it the next time, I will let him/her copy but once he/she break the promise then that might be the end of our friendship.

~The End~
See you =)

I like the part about asking parents! Glad that you brought it up, as it shows that you don't take the money for granted.
